Headdress designer

This is funny, my BF was showing his beautiful photography at a very chic store called "SATINE." There's a huge print of me from one of our shoots in Reno ... im wearing an Indian / showgirl headdress I made for Halloween. So I put the headdress next to the photo in the store. Next thing you know Shannon from Satine calls and says Kesha's stylist wants to know about the headdress, I say its not for rent but I'll sell for$$$$ cash. I guess she liked it, Im sitting here with Kesha's money. Her stylist says she will be wearing it at the Japan MTV music awards. I guess add accessory designer to my resume'

CANNES -FRANCE -2010

hello homies,

As some of u know Im attending the 2010 Cannes Film Festival in support of my film "The Killers." So yesterday my music booking agent and I were the grand prix in Monaco, then the director of the film said if you wanna do press get here by 6pm. So 1 taxi ride and rushing through only make-up provided by the l'oreal at the Martinez hotel, and directly into a festival car and onto the carpet. My co-star Said Taghmaoui is a very well know French Actor currently filming Conan in Bulgari, is really loved here in Cannes. So this morning I was happy to see that in Gala magazine theres a plug for our film and my friend brian lichtenberg the designer of my dress. Said's agent also said Italian Vogue was picking up the pictures. The film is being received well at the Cannes short film corner and is in the 80% of viewing. Afterwards I was booked to sing my tracks at a collective film investment company "Green Nefertiti" party, Michelle Rodriguez was on hand Djing the tracks while sang.

Im a lucky girl and got casted for European Panasonic "luminx" camera commercial that will go on before movies in Europe. hence the adventure began with a 20 hr ride to Cairo 2 days there then Luxor which is where Karnak and the Valley of the kings and Queens are located. I had a day to hang with my love D who came along for a ride, while the male actor nathan did the print campaign. Then we shot the commercial for 2 days from dusk to dark. then back to Cairo where we hung till monday D had to go back to the USA, so me nathan proceeded to press forward to sherm on the coast of the red sea and to Dehab the wild east of Egypt. But we stumbled into a club there and the Dj played "escape me" which sent my heart into a dizzy all the way out here they could hear me singing about getting drunk n mad. Oh its a big world, I went snorkeling in the red sea and we climbed to the top of mt Sinai. I love some desert adventures.

C.C. Sheffield ~ Missy in Season 3

A couple weeks ago, casting was announced that C.C. Sheffield was selected to play the part of Missy in Season 3, episode one – “Pack of Wolves.” We had a chance to catch up with CC and here she is, on the set.

TB-N: How does it feel to be a part of True Blood?

CCS: I feel very excited I’m huge fan of Alan Ball, and all his work. So I was honored as an actress to work on a show that has top notch quality writing, and acting. Oh and hot hot guys.

TB-N: We hear the cast and the set is a great place to be. Have you had any funny moments yet?

CCS: The cast is so welcoming and very professional. After my episode’s table read the director introduced me to Ryan Kwanten; to break the ice, I said, “So I’m gonna be ******* you,” and he laughed. The director assured me that every shot is planned and it will be fun. I was very impressed by Jim Parrack he is a great actor, he studies at Playhouse West, he puts up plays every year on his own dime. I was bemoaning theater in Los Angeles, and it was inspiring to talk to actors who are self motivated in their commitment to the craft.
TB-N: Do you have any other projects in the works or are you focusing on True Blood?

CCS: This year is exciting; I have a single I wrote called “Escape Me” on Tiesto’s new album “Kalidescope.” He will be performing Coachella and I will hopefully be joining him. My own solo record, “Golden Grime” will be digitally released in March. As far as on the sliver screen, I have bit part in Sofia Coppola’s movie “Somewhere” coming out this summer. Also [I'll be in] “Street Dreams,” Rob Drydek’s skate movie. I was the female lead alongside all-pro skaters Paul Rodriguez Jr. and Ryan Sheckler; that DVD is going to be released this year.

TB-N: I see you are filming with Ryan; how has that experience been? Ryan is known for getting naked – are you following his lead? :)

CCS: Yes of course. I’m into nudity.

TB-N: Without giving anything away, can you tell us what’s in store for the fans in season 3?
Lots of action and flesh.


Here are some photos from the set. We might guess what Jason Stackhouse is doing with two beautiful women in robes but what I want to know, is how the prop lamp is going to meet its demise? If you notice the lamp says “break away.” This means it’s a stunt lamp; you can get smacked in the head with it and it won’t hurt. I didn’t think I could be more excited about season 3, but the clues keep coming and the excitement builds. C.C., we hope you have fun with Jason Stackhouse.
